
Job Description
As a Senior Quantum Algorithm Developer, you’ll lead the design and implement of cutting-edge quantum algorithms to enhance system performance. You’ll collaborate with research and engineering teams in developing scalable solutions to support our strategic milestones. Responsibilities
Design and implement cutting-edge quantum algorithms to enhance system performance, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Develop and optimize computational workflows using industry-standard quantum programming frameworks and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, architecture, systems, design, product engineering, validation, and implementation) to integrate algorithms into system prototypes, contributing to 2025 licensing goals.
Conduct research and contribute to technical publications and patent strategies to strengthen Ainabl’s leadership in the field.
Foster a culture of innovation and scientific discovery.
Requirements
Qualifications
PhD or equivalent in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with 5–10+ years of experience in quantum computing or a closely related discipline.
Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development, including variational methods, error mitigation, and hybrid quantum-classical approaches.
Proficiency in quantum programming tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and languages such as Python, with experience in HPC environments.
Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications and effective collaboration in multidisciplinary research teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire team members.
Preferred Skills
Experience with noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices and their practical applications.
Knowledge of quantum hardware constraints and their impact on algorithm design.
Familiarity with aerospace or materials science applications is a plus.

Recruitment Process
Application Review: Applications received by July 10, 2025, will be reviewed starting July 15, 2025. Candidates will be notified within 5 business days if shortlisted.
Initial Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 30-minute virtual interview with the hiring manager, scheduled within 10 business days of notification, to discuss experience and fit.
Technical Assessment: Selected candidates will complete a take-home algorithm design task (estimated 4-6 hours) within 7 business days, focusing on quantum algorithm development.
Final Interview: Top candidates will attend a 1-hour panel interview with the engineering team, scheduled within 5 business days of assessment submission, to evaluate problem-solving and cultural alignment.
Offer: Successful candidates can expect a verbal offer within 3 business days of the final interview, followed by a written offer and contract negotiation.
Timeline: The process aims to conclude by August 01, 2025, with flexibility based on candidate availability.
