Responsibilities:​

• Create massive database queries from natural language prompts and perform sophisticated question answering on some of the most complicated datasets.

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

• Actively contribute, manage, understand, and provide the right strategy and insight into product requirements and design.

• Held build a prototype AI conversation interface, craft, optimize, fine-tune, validate generative models, and put them into production.

• Collaborate with team members to deploy high-performing and reliable pre-trained and instruct-trained models, and the Ainabl AI's Assistant that operate real-time while strengthening the conversational interfaces.

• Leverage synthetic data automation, code optimization, and process enhancements to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI models performance, productivity, and ensure scalability. ​

 

Requirements:

• Develop and optimize AI Assistant algorithms and workflows to improve user experience and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and incorporate business use cases into products development.

• Design and implement natural language processing (NLP) models for AI Assistant conversations.

• Utilize machine learning techniques to improve AI Assistant understanding and responses.

• Integrate Ainabl AI Assistant platforms with various systems and APIs to enable seamless interactions.

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues in AI Assistant functionality.

• Continuously research and experiment with new deep learning techniques and tools to improve model performance and accuracy, and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI Assistant technology.

• Create and maintain documentation for Ainabl AI's Assistant development processes and code.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

• Partner with product teams to test and refine AI Assistant performance based on user feedback.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of progressive experience in AI development projects, specifically in building AI models and an AI platform, or a similar role and experience with generative models such as GANs or VAEs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.

 

Preferred Qualifications or a Plus

• 5+ years of progressive experience in AI development projects, specifically in building AI models and an AI platform, or a similar role and experience with generative models such as GANs or VAEs.

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• A strong hold on Mathematics - namely Calculus, Statistics and Probability.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and natural language processing.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies, especially in the context of AI model development and AI platform engineering.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and debugging skills.

Compensation Package and Benefits:

• Base salary, generous equity plan, and benefits.

• Competitive salary range: $121,000 – $194,900 for a full-time position in our hub locations of Paris Île-de-France, New York City metropolitan area, San Francisco Bay area, or Hong Kong.
