We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Product Design UX/UI professional to join our team of creative and strategy experts with an execution mindset passionate about accuracy and tractable clarity for everyone. As the AI/ML Product Design UX/UI, you will play a crucial role in designing cutting-edge user experiences and interfaces for our AI products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs and gather insights for designing AI product interfaces.

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with product managers and the chief AI product officer to define design requirements, scope, AI/ML product features, non-functional requirements, and prioritize design solutions.

Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best practices.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.

Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product.

Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve the design process and quality of outputs.

Help to develop the right and detailed product specifications based on Ainabl’s problem statements, market needs/product-market fit-focused, and related work in the pipeline to reinforce Ainabl Claritatem.AI platform key features and improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

5+years proven experience in UX/UI design for AI/ML models and related products delivery from ideation to launch, preferably in a software development environment.

Have foundational understanding of AI platform and models.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices and responsive design principles.
Compensation Package and Benefits:

Base salary, generous equity plan, and benefits.

Competitive salary range: $105,000 – $150,000 for a full-time position in our hub locations of Paris Île-de-France, New York City metropolitan area, San Francisco Bay area, or Hong Kong.
